Persian food is a disappointment. You would assume it would be popular in the US. Not really. maybe it's just the restaurants in the USA. Doesn't really have an interesting taste. I much prefer other cuisines of countries surrounding them.

How often are you eating at Iranian restaurants? I bet you're not eating at them very often.

You have to lower your expectations on cuisine from Landlocked countries. They have to get crazy with it like Georgia for it to be decent
