About 70% of the flares that were continuously active before stopped on the 19th and a lot of industry stopped too on the 20th (see previous posts). This suggests that either the damage to the U.A.E oil & gas production is worse than communicated by the authorities or that they are undergoing a near complete shutdown. Either way, bullish.
