I asked @chrishlad why he always gets on the plane: "Our customers are signing up for a decade-long relationship. You can't build the trust needed for that over a zoom call. If you're asking someone to trust you with something as important as what we build, the fact that I won't get on the plane and go see them for a few hours says a lot. Always get on the plane."
