Reuters: Cuba’s national power grid collapsed on Saturday, the state operator said, cutting electricity to about 10 million people as a U.S. oil blockade strains the island’s aging energy system. It marks the second nationwide outage since the blockade began, following a similar blackout last Monday. The grid operator UNE said it will continue providing updates.
