imo the real unlock here is SPTs. basically agents don't even need wallets or crypto to pay merchants. they just mint a scoped token against the user's card and settle through Stripe. and basically every merchant is already on Stripe! so if stripe flips on MPP as a default for all its merchants, and if OpenAI and Anthropic adopt MPP as the default payment layer for their harnesses, they can out of the box pay for anything on the internet
