NEW: Special education teacher accused of r*ping a 10-year-old student up to 5 times a day, told him she would give him brownies. Police say the assaults took place in a smaller room as well as a private area in the main classroom. When police searched the phone of the teacher, Mahayla Benavides, 32, they allegedly found videos she took of herself r*ping the student. The Spokane, Washington, fourth grader says the assaults happened five times a day on some occasions. Benavides instructed him not to tell anyone about the assaults or else she would lose her job. At one point, the boy asked if she would ever get him any gifts, and she replied by saying she would get him brownies. Her bond was set at $500,000.
