A perfect example of intentional dishonesty and misinformation from 2 of the worst accounts on here. And they do it constantly. This is simply a lie. The question and topic was about providing protection for the Strait of Hurmoz, not the war. Trump was saying we protect it out of habit since we don’t need their oil and specifically since China benefits heavily from it.

The reason they do this is because they know their fellow propagandist accounts don’t care that it’s a lie and there are no consequences. Maybe they get a community note eventually (though doubtful) and then just move on to the next lie. Horseshoe propagandists.

Rupar and The American Conservative deleted the obviously false posts. But it’s already been spread to hundreds of thousands of people.
