The only reason the strategy @saylor and @phongle are executing works and scales is because of the unique nature of bitcoin. Singularities have weird properties where normal mathematical behaviors break down and have very counterintuitive implications. It’s a bit like how the physics of gravity break down inside a black hole: the normal market mechanisms that would preclude infinitely raising fiat capital to buy an asset break down when the asset is, unlike any other asset in the history of assets, perfectly finite.
