This is @claudeai Code’s greatest weakness. I’ve been stuck behind a 45m compact before, then had to interrupt after it resumed work because it truly forgot the direction from the last two sentences and instead falsely claimed success, or hallucinated a new goal. It’s such a dangerous event horizon.
