This is one of the ways I know Dash is actually decentralized: I get new coworking teams popping up all the time that I know nothing about. And, some of the teams operate in sanctioned geographies, so US/western-based teams can't really work with Russian/etc. teams. Yet they all co-exist under the greater Dash DAO. True permissionlessness means that, without permission, anyone can: -Use -Get some -Contribute to running/securing the network -Work for, and get paid by, the network This is the standard.
