Aave Labs posted an ARFC proposal on the Aave Governance Forum, proposing to activate Aave V4 on the Ethereum mainnet. The proposal plans for initial deployment with conservative risk parameters and hub and spoke configurations. The initial deployment of Aave V4 consists of 3 liquidity centers (Core, Prime, and Plus) and 10 spokes, which hold shared liquidity and define independent lending environments and are bound by governance boundaries. The proposal is currently in the community feedback stage and will be advanced to the Snapshot voting and AIP deployment phase.
