As we were saying ... "Lack of chain of custody, improper sized ballots being provided, improper sized paper being provided for the print-on-demand ballots in the voter centers in Maricopa County. Random things like proper equipment not being available entire county-wide in some of the more rural areas there. It's really a shambolic and poorly run system there in Arizona."
