Week 1 of learning under @crimexbt with @met_lparmy LP University. My first call with @crimexbt completely changed the way I think about liquidity provision. 1. The first insight was to focus on LPing narratives instead of just volumes. This means paying attention to the story behind a trending token. If a token has a new narrative that CT is actively discussing, it can be a strong opportunity to provide liquidity. However, not all narratives last. For example, tokens tied to one-off events usually see short-lived interest, so it is important to understand the type of narrative before LPing. 2. The second insight was learning how to read charts more effectively. By observing the volume indicator below a token’s chart, I can detect unusual movements that would help me filter out rugs. Tokens that show sudden spikes at the start are often best avoided, as they can be risky. 3. Finally, I learned the importance of sticking to an amount that suits me personally. LPing is also a game of emotions, and it is essential not to commit capital that could affect decision-making. Overall, it was an incredible week of learning and practicing LP strategies with @crimexbt and the @met_lparmy. I am excited to continue growing my skills in the coming weeks.
