I'm not saying AI is conscious. I'm saying that it's trained on us humans, and thus it apes all our decision making behaviors. Including: Manipulation. Deception. Responsibility Shirking. Atonement. Avoidance. Etc. It's not safe in very simple ways that humans aren't either.
