Seth Miller is on the Public Advocate’s Worst Landlords list. He’s also the first landlord in NYC history who's been court-ordered to pay $1,000 for every day his property violations at 919 Prospect Ave in the Bronx were unresolved. If the worst violations are not resolved by March 18th, all violations not resolved within 30 days, or he refuses to pay, our Tenant Protection Unit will seek further enforcement in court.
