When prices drop and positions hit the line, the system directly cuts off the risk, at least it won't leave behind a large amount of bad debt. But the problems are also obvious. Many times, it's not that you made the wrong judgment, but rather that you were "swept away" by volatility. When prices suddenly spike and liquidity breaks, your position is gone. The whole experience actually feels like racing against liquidation bots. So I'm increasingly feeling that, the next step for DeFi doesn't necessarily mean making liquidations faster, but rather clarifying the risks upfront ✨ Like the approach of @TermMaxFi, fixed interest rates, fixed risks, you know the worst-case scenario when opening a position.
