The power of this winter's @mtndao came, above all, from the distribution of velocity amongst the community. Velocity's a common feeling at the MTN - that's not new. But usually it's concentrated - you have relatively small groups driving motion at any given time, and the community sustains on that. This time, you felt velocity everywhere you turned - it was literally impossible to avoid. Every corner of the (unbelievable, 14k sqft) office was filled with someone shipping something at an unreasonable rate. I lost track of who was shipping what, who was in the office, it was so much faster than anyone could keep up with. An unbelievable feeling and a relentless motivation to ship something great. Long live 🏔️.
