I am the blocker. Devs usually take at least 30 seconds (or 1+ hours for normal devs) to reply to my pull request feedback. Agents reply instantly, spin up their own sandbox to implement the changes, push to the pull request and notify me via a push notification the work is ready to be reviewed. How do I build a sufficient level of trust so I am no longer the blocker to merging pull requests?
