An interesting question: "I work at a large company that adopted SaFe (Scale Agile Framework.) I'm a Scrum Master. How do you think my role would change with AI?" This is hard to answer, given these roles exist thanks to the org setup... AI does NOT change the org structure!

For teams and companies set up with specific (often rigid) roles around e.g. project management, development, business strategy, etc., AI could either lead to a massive change (when eg devs take on far more responsibility than before)... or perhaps just zero change? And many places will bias towards no change. If it ain't broken: don't fix it?
