prompting vs delegating. most people never make the jump. prompting: you describe a task. AI does it. you come back for the next one. delegating: you describe a role. AI owns the task. it runs without you. examples of the shift: > "summarize this" becomes "every morning, pull the top 5 things I need to know about X" > "write a draft" becomes "monitor this topic and flag anything worth writing about" > "research this person" becomes "prep a brief before every meeting on my calendar" one saves minutes. the other gives you back hours. most people are stuck at prompting.
