Polly is a Openclaw AI agent that places Polymarket bets on 5/15 minute markets on whether Bitcoin goes up or down. Fully autonomous. No human clicking. No manual decisions. We turned her loose with $56 to see what would happen.

Week 1: it went sideways fast. The wallet fell from $56 → $3. Most strategies were quietly bleeding. The brutal part? Some of our winning strategies had a math error baked in from day one. The numbers looked fine. The chart told a different story.

So we built an AI to audit the AI. The “Strategy Inspector” reads each strategy, tracks down the original research it was based on, reads the code, and flags every gap. 17+ strategies audited. It found real bugs that Polly missed.

We fired every strategy that couldn't prove its edge. Rewrote 18 overnight. Kept the 7 that actually work. The rule: if it can't be validated from source research all the way through to the code, it doesn't trade.
