Those of us who have been taking 5-10g (20-30g in the “loading” (we now know not needed) of creatine daily and lifting low volume, heavy 3-4x per week for the last 30+ years will tell you: sometimes the science does catch up, and there will always be people who won’t wait.
To be clear: that doesn’t mean take everything! Know your margins for safety and learn how to gauge what’s right for you and what doesn’t work, etc. trust your experience, especially if it’s a negative one with any compound.
And yes cardio is key! too so don’t blow a gasket; just lifting is not sufficient.
