Working with really smart people-ethical, respectful, collaborative, fearless people. Bringing people together as a team and challenging them to do something that has not been done before. Something with the potential to have real impact on a lot of lives. This is what gets me excited. This is what cut that which was to be a much longer break short. I don’t need to do it - but I NEED to do it. And the reciprocity of energy from having the right team and the right support for this work- priceless.
