I've been digging into a lot of docs sites and (supposed) quickstart guides, and the biggest failure modes I see for agentic development are: - Agent decides it needs to google a bunch of things during setup, usually because the default toolchain is vague - Implementation variance, usually because the docs don't have a strong example of what a clean setup looks like Fixing those two things does _way_ more than exotic GEO schemes or layering a bunch of llms.txt files
