$MCD hit a fresh ATH on Friday. It is now up 12 yrs in a row and up 22 of the last 24 years on a total return basis. And those 2 red years were barely red. How is this possible?! I get the whole “it’s secretly just a reit” stock, but their product has gotten worse over the years plus add on top of better public health education and awareness.. why are people still buying this ish? Any idea?!

Plus their CEO be kinda weird.
