There’s only one non-Israelite in the Old Testament who is called “God’s anointed” and that’s the Persian ruler Cyrus the Great, who ended the Babylonian exile and allowed the Israelites to return to the holy land and rebuild the Temple. His great act of generosity is also confirmed in the historical record. Sending prayers of strength to the Persians throwing off the yoke.
