I wasn't suggesting to regulate FSD. Since there are no standards for FSD in the country, I am saying that formal standards are needed, rather than an exceptional method through the Korea-U.S. FTA. Even if that is done, it does not block the already permitted FSD under the Korea-U.S. FTA. (Blocking it would be a violation of the FTA)
