The next step for personal agents is a slow merge between yourself and the agent. This starts with you trusting the agent with more and more of your life, email access, health history, bank details. By the time the OpenAI earpod arrives, a good number of people will live lives designed by AI. The Openclaw folks are the vanguard of this. In order for this to work the agent must be 💯 percent trustworthy and you will need to be fully transparent with it. Eventually your digital agent will be able to completely replace most of what you do online. Yes there is still much to iron out, including whether the state can seize your agent records, whether the agent can commit you to a contract etc. But the path forwards from here seems easy.
