I spent a few weeks in summer in Geneva digitizing the pre-WTO GATT trade treaties at the WTO office (I did not mention the eidetic memory) so as a result I remember the Govt of Mexico asking the GATT for the tariffs they’d agreed to since Ministry building had burned down.
