There's a specific type of person who has been locked out of building for years. They understand the problem deeply. They live in the community. They know exactly what's broken and exactly what would fix it. But they can't code, can't afford a dev team, and can't compete with well-funded technical teams who only half-understand the space. That person is about to have a very good few years.

Code used to be the gatekeeper. Now you describe what you want, and it gets built in front of you. The people who actually understand the problem are no longer waiting on someone else to build the solution.
