Let’s be clear… Tariffs aren’t going anywhere. Trump can and will reimplement a large portion through other (more limited) legal authorities provided to the Executive (Sec. 232, 301, etc). The Supreme Court simply said the President doesn’t have sweeping authority under IEEPA.
