I put @Magnific_AI ’s new video upscaler to the test. @javilopen, you were looking for opinion, here is mine! Honestly, my first impression is very positive. Probably because I’m already familiar with the platform, but most importantly because the results are good. Not perfect. But really good! My take on the settings: - Grain: I really like it. Between 1 and 10% - Flavor: Natural for photorealism and Vivid for cartoons and illustrations, etc. - Sharpen: Keep it low, between 0 and 5% - Creativity: For now, I prefer 0% - FPS boost: Hard to see the impact. What’s the actual FPS gain? Conclusion: The model performs particularly well on cartoons, illustration, stop motion, and so on. However, its limitations are more noticeable with photorealism. For example, I observed improved details at the expense of the original colors. Also, I noticed more instability in dynamic scenes. I have no doubt Precision will help improve these aspects.
