anyone who has a vested interested in families having more children should be championing WFH policies.  not having a commute, being able to turn on a crockpot, moving laundry over between meetings, not having to take PTO because a kid got sick...life changing. this needs to be a cultural change to the system, not individual companies deciding if they want to be "family friendly."
