am I wrong to read this blog as signaling base is unlikely to become a stage 2 rollup and is likely to become more L1-like, creating its own decentralization and economic security rather than needing to 'borrow' ethereum's? (lots of references to decentralization, new economic mechanisms, independent client diversity, etc.)?
