Finance works pretty much the same in DeFi and TradFi. If an obscure instrument is not integrated in TradFi it's usually because it's highly toxic. Wrapping it as an ERC20 IOU makes no difference. For some reason here in DeFi land we like to think that the only reason why a multi-billion market of {toxic asset} doesn't exist in tradfi is because they are retarded. Very much not the case.
