Kraken announced the acquisition of token management platform Magna, and the deal was completed last Friday on undisclosed terms. Magna helps crypto companies manage token distribution, a move that Kraken co-CEO Arjun Sethi said supports early-stage token issuers and provides services during the token liquidity phase. This is Kraken's sixth acquisition in the past year. Kraken confidentially submitted its IPO application in November 2025 and disclosed some of its 2025 financial data in February 2026, and is continuing to expand its product line in preparation for listing.
