The Kremlin has officially commented on reports that Alexei Navalny was poisoned in prison with a toxin derived from an Ecuadorian frog. According to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, Moscow reacted “very negatively” to a joint statement by five European countries accusing Russia of poisoning Navalny. “We, of course, do not accept such accusations. We disagree with them. We consider them biased and groundless. We strongly reject them,” the Kremlin spokesperson said.
