Gm @CelsiusOfficial I’m a huge fan, but super disappointed with the product lately. How is it possible that you guys have been operating for over a decade but cannot consistently QA the Sparkling Orange flavor batch to batch? Every few months there’s a bunch of batches that come out absolutely terrible. I know because I get a couple cases delivered every month. I’ve tried contacting customer support a couple times for replacements, but it’s happening so often that it’s not worth the time anymore. The February 2027 expiry product with batch number 3265 were phenomenal. The January 2027 expiry with batch number 2995 are terrible and March 2027 expiry with batch number 3575 are just okayish. They’re not even sort of close to similar. There’s super clear differences between the good batches and bad batches in taste, smell, and color. Is there anyone even opening a can to test new batches? I’ll do it for free if it means I can get consistently “good” product. I’ve been hooked on these things for like 6 years now, but it’s getting to the point where I don’t really want to buy them anymore because it’s a 50/50 chance that I’m gonna get a bad one.
