It would also mean the 3rd party tools (the same used by law enforcement) didn't catch it either? I don't run Binance anymore, but as an ex-ceo, I know they run EVERY transaction through multiple 3rd party AML tools. You can put a negative narrative on anything by talking to "anonymous source" who is "unhappy" or paid to FUD.
