36 hours after BlackRock officially announced its purchase of $UNI, the price of $UNI has already fallen below the price before the announcement. In the past two years, the price of the UNI token has always surged unexpectedly with a big bullish candle, followed by a continuous decline, ultimately dropping lower and lower. I have found evidence on-chain more than once of the UNI team clearly offloading. Previous declines typically lasted about a week before breaking below the price prior to positive news; this time it took less than 36 hours, which is indeed accelerating. As a once absolute leader in DeFi, it has now become this way, representing the end of an era.
