Some guy in Wyoming said that GRANITE Act was a "dark money" project but that isn't true at all - I've been doing this for fun. It was open-source law. I published v0.1; @Arceris_btc forked it, built it out; we've been hacking on it in public for months.
GRANITE isn't law yet, but assuming for sake of argument that it does, one wonders if hacking at proposed laws in GitHub might be a model for developing legislation in the future.
