The UK's censorship agency, Ofcom, has fined 4chan, a US company with no UK presence, £520,000 ($709,300) for engaging in speech and conduct which is perfectly legal - and constitutionally protected - in the United States. Not happening, Ofcom. Sorry.
Provisionally fined, I should say. As Ofcom is judge, jury, and executioner, I view the "provisional fine" as final as any reply we might formally send would end with the word "off."

Their letter informing us of their decision, and our response. They gave us ten days to make representations in our reply. We did not need even one. All docs have been provided to federal officials and elected reps in Wyoming, New Hampshire, and Delaware.
I add: 4chan is incorporated in Delaware, like most American technology companies. A Delaware censorship shield would be profoundly helpful to the entire American technology industry.
