It names The Boring Company as the top-qualified proposer out of three for design, build, operate, and maintain services on the Transportation Infrastructure Improvements Project, including the Sunshine Corridor. The Board authorizes negotiations with The Boring Company on contract terms like scope, feasibility, and scalability, while keeping the right to not award or phase the project.
