Judge Conley in Wisconsin has some questions about why ICE detained the nursing mother of a six-month-old despite a policy that generally forbids it.

This has come up in a handful of court cases brought by detainees. And a DOJ lawyer once told a judge that the policy against detaining pregnant/nursing mothers had been revoked by President Trump's Day One executive orders. But the administration won't say if that' was accurate.
