I am Yang Xiuchun. Below are my emails requesting 517.86 BTC over the past 7 years and the replies from OKEx. The content of my emails has already answered your questions, but your email replies have never directly addressed my inquiries. The responses from OKEx are either always in verification, asking me to be patient, which has been going on for years, or they state that the announcement has provided a resolution, but the announcement does not mention the handling of my 517.86 BTC, which has not participated in any transactions and is sitting in my account. 1. OKEx's user agreement does not contain any wording that allows for the withholding of user assets, including clauses 6.2 and 6.3 in the announcement. 2. OKEx's customer service has also clearly replied that even in the event of a liquidation, they will not use the coins in the customer's wallet to participate in the distribution.
