Potential hot take: But I think bodybuilders, or people who are serious in the gym, are the BEST candidates to use GLP-1s. They check all the boxes to make these things a success: - resistance train consistently - high protein intake - already know how to control caloric/macro intake - using for a specific purpose/TIME FRAME - not going to be perpetually reliant on them If all of these are checked, why NOT use them to make the cutting process a bit easier?
