As I reported yesterday @paramountco said today it has complied with the DOJ’s antitrust review of its $30 all cash bid for @wbd, which is true but hides the football a bit. Complying with the DOJ now doesn’t mean it will breeze through DOJ if its deal is accepted. It plans to merger two major studios and that will receive intense DOJ antitrust scrutiny if their deal does emerge as the winner in the hostile. I’ll have a full write up
