Downside of our approach is it's really hard to coordinate around. We're heavily focused on bringing net-new apps and experiences to market, but that ethos means we have a really high bar for ourselves and the teams we work with. That means we don't force everyone to crash into our go-live date just because it might potentially look better for us. We even pulled back a few apps for today because they simply needed more time and first impressions matter. Now that we're open, the pressure is off. We'll continue to build, innovate and empower the eco as the Mega team while having a few more waves of apps coming online. Next catalysts for us: → Remainder of the apps coming online this week → Firming up the next batch of apps → Mainnet campaign coming online → TGE as the ecosystem gets its legs underneath it Today, for me, was putting my bread where my bread is. I have ~90% of my ETH+stables funds on Mega now and will play continue to play in our ecosystem to find weaknesses. Immediate things I want: → More assets (only USDM + ETH isn't going to do it) → More velocity (arb bots, launchpads) → More experimentation (people to be able to 1-shot ship products with claude) It all starts today.
