New: An Oregon teen has been arrested for plotting to kill ICE agents in Portland. Rayden Tanner Coleman, 18, of St. Helens, devised a plan that included following agents home, severing their heads, and taking them as trophies. Investigators found him in possession of Molotov cocktails, surveillance equipment, tactical axes, military knives, and shovels. Coleman had also been making payments for an AR-15, according to court documents. His roommates said that Coleman tried to recruit them to kill ICE agents and attempted to talk him out of it, but his extremism grew. They warned police about the death plot, resulting in Coleman's arrest. Coleman, who shared his plans on Discord, admitted to the plot while under interrogation, per charging documents. He reportedly told his roommates that he needed to kill ICE agents to prevent them from "kidnapping" people.
