One of the harder lessons in trading is realising that screen time does not equal profit. It’s easy to fall into the trap of "forcing things" during low-volatility periods just because it’s your full-time job. In reality, longevity in this game comes from knowing when to step back when you have little edge. Financially free > go enjoy the life you worked so hard to build. Still grinding > use the downtime to build tools, backtest or learn new skills. The market will always come back, be more prepared than the other guy. Stay in tune with things to grab the few setups you may get during these that may just randomly come up. But don't confuse screen time and attrition with actual progress.
